Delivery Policy

All of our marshmallows are handmade after you order and the time to make them
may be up to 4 business days processing time. Usually we will get to your order
much quicker though. For urgent or short notice orders you may need please contact
us through website www.mallowcube.co.nz.

For the avoidance of doubt, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed
as ‘working days’ and will therefore not be counted within our advertised delivery
times. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on your location
‘after we had made and packed your order. Delivery rates are based on order
placement and location.

Mallow Cube is not liable for any delays arising from any third party or matters
outside of our control, including but not limited to our delivery partners. All of our
delivery times are given as estimates only and, therefore not guaranteed.

Our delivery fee covers one address only. If you wish to split an order or send it to
multiple addresses, please get in touch with us by emailing
hello@mallowcube.co.nz. as we may require you to pay an additional delivery
charge.

We take special care in packaging our deluxe marshmallows products to ensure they
arrive in pristine condition. However, we are reliant on our couriers and occasionally
things don’t go according to plan and if that happens we will undertake to do
everything we can to ensure a happy conclusion.

Customers are requested to check deliveries as soon as possible so that we can
attend to any problems that may be apparent. Claims relevant to deliveries must be
advised within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
